Principal Consultant.
After 17 years of experience spanning various verticals such as healthcare, banking, services, and consulting, Kosseila has witnessed several transformations in the technology landscape. From on-site data center engineering, racking and stacking servers, to the modern era of cloud and hybrid abstractions, from bare-metal Unix systems to virtualized x86 enterprise Linux and the rise of DevOps culture, he has seen quite a lot unfold in the tech space.
Throughout his journey, one thing became evident: many consulting firms attempt to fit resources and their customers into a predefined mold. Whenever a need arises that requires a different set of skills or a unique specialty, service providers often push back, promoting solutions they are accustomed to reselling or those they have partnered with. This approach, while convenient, often overlooks the best solutions, which flourish through unconventional paths and innovative thinking.
